day no questions asked unconditional return policy
1. Canada Diamonds strives to carry on the the
finest cut Canadian diamonds. By carrying only the best
Canadian diamonds and our diamonds are rarely returned.
If in the extremely remote chance you are not happy with
your purchase, we will return your purchase with no restocking
fee! For Canada Diamonds Inc only complete
customer satisfaction is acceptable.
1. If for any reason you decide not to
keep your purchase within 15 calendar days of the FedEx
ship date, Canada Diamonds Inc will accept merchandise in
its original condition for a full refund. Goods must be received in Canada Diamonds Vancouver office within the 15 day period to qualify. Refunds may only
be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
Please note that any associated shipping costs will not
be subject to refund. Before returning the item(s), you
will need to contact our representatives on 1-888-790-4244
to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The item you return must be presented in saleable condition
with all original packaging and enclosures. Take care to
return all certificates that accompanied the item, as neglecting
to do so will render you liable for the replacement cost.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel
post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers
request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of
the shipment. Canada Diamonds Inc will not assume responsibility
for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return
packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept
returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We
reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that
does not meet the above return requirements according to
Canada Diamonds Inc sole discretion.
2. Custom jewelry work
is non-refundable.
